AI Insight Associate

(Multiple states)
Full Time
Marketing
Mid Level
TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time AI Insight Associate. This role requires in-office attendance to our Denver or NYC locations. If you've been building with AI — not just prompting it, but actually rethinking how work gets done — keep reading.

Kharon has the most comprehensive risk intelligence on the planet. We also have AI agents working alongside our team. What we need is a human who can sit in the middle. Someone who understands how to use AI to solve real business problems, works fluidly across teams, and has the instinct to build things that scale.

This isn't a commercial role. It isn't an engineering role. It's something new. You'll work across the business — with marketing, sales, product, research, partnerships, and external engagement — to identify where AI can create leverage and then build the workflows to make it happen. Some days, that looks like automating a manual process that's eating hours. Other days it's designing how Kharon shows up in a world where AI agents are making buying decisions. Most days it's both.

You will work with, and touch, every part of the organization. If you need a clean job description with tidy boundaries, this isn't the role. You will need to be creative, inquisitive and very comfortable working with data. Maybe you have a Masters in Data Science, or you have experience working on the data side of a marketing team. No matter what, you thrive in ambiguity and get energy from building things that didn't exist yesterday.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-impact problems across the business and build AI-powered workflows to solve them — whether that's streamlining operations, accelerating research, improving how we reach prospects, or something no one's thought of yet.
  • Work directly with AI agents as part of your daily toolkit — directing, refining, and scaling their output across multiple business functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, research, and partnerships to turn ideas into systems and systems into results.
  • Design and run experiments. Test new tools, new approaches, new channels. Measure what works. Kill what doesn't.
  • Help shape how Kharon operates in the emerging AI-native landscape — where agents discover, evaluate, and recommend solutions alongside humans.
  • Build processes that are repeatable and scalable, not one-off heroics.
  • Translate between technical and non-technical teams — you don't need to write production code, but you need to understand how systems connect and where automation creates value.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Data Science, or a background in data-driven Marketing roles highly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a role where you combined strategic thinking with hands-on execution — operations, growth, business strategy, product, consulting, or something that doesn't fit neatly into a category.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools — not just using them, but building workflows, automating processes, and thinking critically about where AI creates real leverage versus noise.
  • Strong analytical instincts. You make decisions based on evidence, not vibes.
  • Excellent communication. You can explain complex ideas simply and work effectively with people across very different disciplines.
  • Curiosity about global security, compliance, financial crime, or international trade — or a genuine willingness to go deep.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. This role is being defined in real time. You'll help shape it.
  • A bias toward action. You'd rather build something imperfect today than plan something perfect next quarter.
  • Understanding of how AI is changing discovery, search, and decision-making for enterprises.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or managing AI agent workflows, prompt engineering, or automation platforms.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, regtech, or compliance.
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation systems and how business pipelines connect.
  • Experience working across functions — not just within a single team or department.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
