TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Manager based in our Denver HQ. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary administrator and power user for HubSpot. Take ownership of the operational health and administration of our core marketing technology stack, including integrated data enrichment tools.
  • Lead major system clean-up and standardization initiatives, including auditing and retiring legacy automation, standardizing data lists, and ensuring robust data governance across the marketing environment. Establish and document the ‘rules of the road, processes and systems that govern data quality, system functionality and efficiency.
  • Act as the lead administrator for the critical data connection between HubSpot and Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring seamless data flow and maximizing data reliability for GTM teams.
  • Own and maintain the integrity and governance of the HubSpot database. By establishing data quality standards, owning revenue attribution modeling, and building consistent reporting dashboards, you will ensure that strategic decisions are based on reliable, unified data, allowing for data-driven optimization across the entire funnel.
  • Proactively monitor, cleanse, and enrich marketing data to optimize data quality for campaign targeting, segmentation, and personalization. This role will be critical in building reliable data to improve the marketing team's ability to mine and prospect high-value targets effectively.
  • Manage opt-ins, unsubscribes, compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) frameworks, and overall deliverability
  • Implement advanced segmentation logic within Hubspot to enable highly targeted and personalized campaigns.
  • Redesign and manage the entire Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) lifecycle, from initial capture through sales handoff, to improve speed and conversion accuracy.
  • Design, refine, and maintain sophisticated lead scoring (MQL, SQL), grading, and routing logic within HubSpot to ensure high-priority leads are routed efficiently to Sales.
  • Design, build, and maintain marketing dashboards that provide visibility into key metrics, like: MQL velocity, funnel conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI (including Client Acquisitions Costs).
  • Own the implementation and maintenance of marketing attribution. Deliver accurate, executive-level reporting to marketing leadership to ensure a single source of truth for performance. 
  • Provide timely and accurate data insights to support marketing budget planning, client acquisitions costs, and pipeline forecasting efforts.
  • Works alongside Revenue Operations and Deal Desk to ensure all marketing processes align with the broader operational and GTM strategy, maximizing the velocity of our GTM teams.
  • Act as the process architect, defining and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core marketing activities (e.g., campaign execution, lead flow, data handling, and MarTech usage). Establish comprehensive, scalable documentation for all marketing operational processes, data flows, and technical infrastructure. Eliminate inefficient, non-scalable processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed across all marketing functions and enabling predictable delivery of campaigns and pipeline.
  • Define and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) for marketing operational requests and maintenance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in a dedicated Marketing Operations role, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep administrative expertise, and associated certifications, with HubSpot Marketing Hub is mandatory (Marketing Enterprise experience preferred). Certification You should be comfortable with workflows, custom objects and advanced lead scoring properties.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Admin or heavy user experience is a must), including campaign management and reporting. Experience managing the bi-directional sync between HubSpot and SFDC.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals (e.g., increasing MQL-to-Opp conversion) into technical requirements and execution plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience building, managing, and analyzing multi-touch attribution models and reports on core GTM metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT).
  • Experience using project management methodologies or tools to manage complex implementations and documentation.
  • Rigorous understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM) and email deliverability best practices is ideal.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) platforms, data enrichment tools and working knowledge of web & data analytics platforms like DataBricks is a huge plus!

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $100,000 to $130,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
