RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and executing tailored marketing plans that drive brand awareness and lead generation across the UK and EU, aligned with Kharon’s global objectives.
- Adapting marketing strategies to suit regional market dynamics, ensuring relevance to local industry needs, regulations, and customer preferences.
- Leading integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on digital channels, events, content creation, and strategic partnerships to generate high-quality leads and elevate brand visibility.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and influencers in the region, ensuring Kharon’s solutions are effectively represented and positioned.
- Overseeing and managing the marketing budget for the region, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI and meet strategic goals.
- Working closely with global marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing efforts.
- Developing and adapting messaging and content that resonates with the target audience, ensuring alignment with Kharon’s overall brand strategy while addressing local market needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record in executing marketing programs that drive lead generation and brand awareness. Experience in the B2B tech, SaaS, or risk management sectors is strongly preferred.
- Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the UK and EU markets, with a strong understanding of local customs, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
- Execution-Focused: Proven ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong emphasis on driving results.
- Language Skills (Preferred): Fluency in one or more regional languages, such as French, German, or other languages commonly spoken across the EU.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance, measure ROI, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working across functions and teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing programs.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of funds to meet strategic objectives.

This role will focus on developing comprehensive, long-range marketing plans with partners across technology, professional services, and industry associations to drive lead generation, expand market reach, and support growth targets across regions and use cases.
