Marketing Operations Manager

RevOps - Denver, CO - Full Time

TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Manager with technical expertise based in our Denver HQ. This role requires in-office attendance 4 days a week. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Systems & Process Architecture

  • Serve as the primary admin for HubSpot Enterprise and the broader marketing stack; manage all integrations and data enrichment tools.
  • Lead the bi-directional sync between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow and reliability for GTM teams.
  • Redesign and optimize the Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) lifecycle, including sophisticated lead scoring, grading, and automated routing logic.
  • Act as "Process Architect" by establishing SOPs and scalable documentation for campaign execution, lead flow, and MarTech usage.

Data Integrity & Governance

  • Lead major initiatives to retire legacy automation, standardize data lists, and enforce global "rules of the road" for data quality.
  • Manage global privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), opt-in/out logic, and overall email deliverability.
  • Own the operational health and cleanliness of the HubSpot database; proactively audit, cleanse, and enrich data to optimize targeting

Analytics & Revenue Strategy

  • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards tracking MQL velocity, funnel conversion, and campaign ROI.
  • Own revenue attribution modeling and provide data-driven insights to support budget planning and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) forecasting.
  • Partner with RevOps and Deal Desk to ensure marketing operations align with broader company GTM strategy and pipeline velocity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in a dedicated B2B SaaS Marketing Ops role, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • HubSpot Expert: Advanced, Enterprise-level administrative expertise. Certifications are required; you must be a power user of workflows, custom objects, and complex lead scoring.
  • Salesforce Integration: Strong working knowledge of SFDC (Admin-level preferred), specifically managing the bi-directional sync with HubSpot, campaign management, and reporting.

Strategic & Analytical Skills

  • Business Architect: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals (e.g., MQL-to-Opp conversion) into technical execution plans.
  • Data Storyteller: Expert-level analytical skills with a focus on multi-touch attribution modeling, funnel velocity, and GTM metrics (CAC/ROI).
  • AI Proficiency: Working knowledge of AI-driven operations (e.g., Jasper, Writer, or HubSpot AI) to automate content workflows, lead enrichment, and predictive modeling. Familiarity with prompt engineering for data analysis is highly preferred.

Technical & Compliance Knowledge

  • Privacy & Governance: Deep understanding of global data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and email deliverability best practices.
  • The "Bonus" Stack: Experience with ABM platforms (6sense/Demandbase), data enrichment tools, and data analytics platforms (Databricks) is a major plus!

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to be the backbone of our marketing technology stack, marketing data integrity, and campaign execution processes. This role will be reporting into the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team during a critical, transformative year to build the foundation for our next phase of hyper-growth, while acting as a strategic partner to Marketing leadership. You will own the systems and operational processes that allow us to scale efficiently, turning marketing activity into measurable, predictable revenue during a pivotal year of growth. The base salary range at Kharon is set between $120,000 to $140,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
