RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing cohesive, comprehensive, and long-range marketing plans with key partners, aligning with broader marketing objectives to support mutual growth.
  • Developing targeted partner marketing strategies that reach key customer segments by industry, region, or persona, aligning efforts with specific growth opportunities.
  • Designing and executing a variety of partner marketing programs, including co-branded events, webinars, content creation, collateral development, and social media campaigns to maximize partner visibility and engagement.
  • Driving and optimizing partner marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on generating net-new leads and expanding pipeline opportunities.
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the impact of partner marketing efforts on lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue, refining strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships within our partner network, strengthening high-performing joint marketing initiatives and establishing new, impactful collaborations.
  • Supporting the creation of enablement materials and training to equip partners with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote our solutions.
  • Strategically engaging a multi-faceted partner ecosystem across technology partners, professional services partners, and industry associations, tailoring strategies to align with each partner's unique capabilities and market reach.
  • Demonstrated experience driving marketing activities across North America, UK/EU, and APAC, with the ability to adapt strategies to regional market needs, compliance requirements, and cultural preferences.
  • Working closely with the partnerships team, sales, and other marketing functions, leveraging insights and resources across teams to maximize partner marketing impact.
  • Utilizing the partner ecosystem to support critical marketing goals, including regional growth targets, targeted campaigns to showcase joint use cases, and enhancing SEO rankings through partner collaboration.
  • Overseeing partner marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring efficient use to meet strategic goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-8 years of experience in integrated marketing, with a strong track record in building and executing impactful programs.
  • Demonstrated integrated, multi-channel marketing skill set spanning demand generation, content development, digital marketing, events, and analytics.
  • Proven expertise in driving net-new lead generation and tracking marketing contributions to pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience in navigating complex product or partner ecosystems, including technology, professional services, and industry associations.
  • Highly autonomous and accountable, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships with partners and sales.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring, reporting, and optimizing marketing program performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Reporting to the Field Marketing, Sr. Manager, this role requires an experienced Marketing Manager with end-to-end, multi-channel marketing expertise to build and execute strategic marketing initiatives with our dynamic partner ecosystem. This role will focus on developing comprehensive, long-range marketing plans with partners across technology, professional services, and industry associations to drive lead generation, expand market reach, and support growth targets across regions and use cases. The ideal candidate will be skilled in measuring and optimizing program impact, fostering strong relationships, and driving joint marketing efforts that contribute to pipeline and revenue.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between
$115,000-$130,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
